Took 20 minutes to get my food because they gave it to someone else. No one apologized for the inconvenience. The front cashier was shy but nice. The cook comes out and asked me “what did you order? Can I have your receipt” and took my receipt then came back seconds later and gave it back. That’s when I asked about my meal. When I got my bag the fries were spilled out of the container and at the bottom of the bag. My burger was hella soggy. The jalepeno poppers were good though. UPDATE: WENT AGAIN A MONTH LATER AND SERVICE AND FOOD WAS GREAT!!!!

Came here a week ago for lunch with my family at the end of the lunch crowd. I waited for it to open and I can safely say that they did not disappoint. I have a lot of things to say, the first oof them being controversial. Sizzling Smash makes a better chicken sandwich than Chick Fil-A, my former favorite chicken sandwich place. Yes, they are crispy, juicy, and flavorful and did not need a special sauce to give it flavor. I said what I said. Second, they make the best fast food in Madera. Their burgers had a ton of flavor and seasoning. Their beef bacon is also delicious. This is a bacon alternative that I am actually willing to eat. Their fries and zucchini are solid sides. 👌 Third, Their customer service is on point. My husband's burger was made with onions and they forgot the bacon and they replaced it right away no questions asked. As my husband's favorite tiktoker says - this place is gasolina! Update: I got the sizzling smash fries this time around. Like inn and out animal style fries, but better. You're welcome 😊

Grand opening attendant and was very happy with it. Order: Basic smash added patty, order of fries and had my 6yr old son try the 5pc chicken nuggets. Everything was super fresh and delicious. I tried the other smash burger joints in Fresno area and they were meaty enough and they were too greasy. This was perfectly cooked and presented. The fries were great. Very basic but they have a variety of sauces you can use to make them more flavorful, if that's your preference. The nuggets.... We're probably the best, highest quality chicken nuggets I've ever had. Thin, crisp breading with great moist chicken inside. The value here is impressive also. I thought the days of getting a great burger under 10$ was long behind us but it isn't. A great business that is giving great food at a great value. If I was being super picky, they could upgrade their hamburger buns in some way. The nostalgic park bbq basic bun is good but I'd love to see something a bit more crunchy or that really holds its own. Make it even more special. Thank you. Easy 5 stars. Top Smash burger in the whole Central Valley ❗️ Amazing food, friendly staff, delicious milkshakes and easy parking ! Management is amazing, they check on your to make sure your food came out good and cashiers are extremely helpful and nice !

Got the bacon burger, one classic, drink and fries coming out to 23$. Enjoyed the burgers and really liked the fries. Definitely would recommend!

We love the burgers, and the zucchini fries except for today when I order a to go order of the zucchini fries I only got 5 for 5.40. When we dine in we get a generous amount of zucchini fries. Just saying….

Perfectly portion sides! Onion Rings were awesome. Zucchini sticks great. BBQ sauce delicious. Fresh food. Attentive and welcoming service. Stopped after a job near by . So I'm disappointed we won't be back anytime soon. 🥺 Definitely you should! Was packed at lunch time when we went but food came out in a timely manner... No issues!
